No. I'm not gonna rant about how good this series is. I'm not gonna say anything about any of the F4. I just wanna share how I feel about the MG/F4 craze that has rocked the country.
Seriously, I am SO TOTALLY ANNOYED. The first time I heard that MG was going to be shown on local TV, I was dumbfounded. You see, corny as it may sound, but MG really means a lot to me, and also to some of my very close friends. And so to share it to the whole country who perhaps couldn't appreciate it for all its worth hurts me. (Oh bah! It's just a TV series, for goodness' sakes! ) Well, the local TV station did air it, to the delight of the female population of the country. And that's where I started to get a little pissed off...
A lot of people (friends and mere acquaintances) started texting and calling, requesting for lyrics, translations, chords, F4 info, VCD copies, etc etc etc. I am flattered by the attention, but sheesh, I am NOT a REQUEST STATION. True, I have these stuffs, but they are for MY use. And it hurts me that some of these people are those to whom I tried to share the series with before, but never really paid any attention to me back then. Can anyone ever understand how pained I felt when I wanted to share something important to me, and nobody can really appreciate it? And now everyone pretends/assumes that they are some sort of experts. It can really get on my nerves!
And then there's that stupid Fantasy 4ever being sold in the local music shop. My goodness, my heart broke when I saw it. It took me great pains to order my own copy from Taiwan, and now here we see the same CD available for just about anyone else. X__x I don't know anymore. The local radio stations are playing their songs! Everywhere I can hear their ringtones! I see posters of them!!! Everyone I meet talks about them!!! AAAccckkkk!!!! *pulls hair in frustration*
And another TV station is going to show MVP Qing Ren (My MVP Valentine). *sarcastic* Woo hoo. This is definitely going my way.
